Fat: 57.31g | Prot: 45.51g | Carb: 289.25g.   Breakfast:  Grapefruit, Nutri-Grain Blueberry Waffles, Cream Substitute (Powdered) , Coffee, White Sugar (Powdered Confectioner's), Butter , Frozen Raspberries. Lunch:  Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Baguette. Snacks/Other:  Hard Peanut Butter Granola Bars, Apples , Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (with Extra Creme Filling), Green Tea.
