Fat: 62.27g | Prot: 144.13g | Carb: 249.58g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, strawberry, tru chocolate. Lunch:  black beans, brown rice, chopped raw vegetables, green olives, lime juice, white fish, yellow corn chip. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Pepper Jack Cheese, Raw Almonds, Refried Beans (Canned), Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked).
