Fat: 44.18g | Prot: 158.21g | Carb: 126.11g.   Breakfast:  cabbage, coffee, egg, herbal tea. Lunch:  bean sprouts, cilantro, cucumber, egg, fish, lime juice, olive oil, onion, small red beans, tamarind, tomato, white flour. Dinner:  brocolli, chicken, chilli, eggplant, garlic, onion, pasta, tomato. Snacks/Other:  saltines.
