Fat: 44.18g | Prot: 158.21g | Carb: 126.11g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg, herbal tea, cabbage. Lunch:  fish, small red beans, white flour, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, cucumber, onion, tomato, bean sprouts, egg, tamarind. Dinner:  pasta, chicken, tomato, chilli, onion, garlic, brocolli, eggplant. Snacks/Other:  saltines.
