Fat: 101.72g | Prot: 161.51g | Carb: 122.39g.   Breakfast:  Bell Peppers, Cooked Egg White, Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Premium Pork Regular Sausage, Sarah Lee Wheat Bread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Smuckers Blackberry Jam. Lunch:  Austin Toasty Crackers with Peanut Butter, Sweet Potato, Turkey Pepper Jack Sausage. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla, Natural Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Natural Hickory Smoked Bacon.
