Dinner:  Avocados , Bell Peppers, Black Beans, Broccoli Florets, Corn, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Lettuce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Salmon, Tortilla, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Dried Prune, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts .
