Fat: 53.87g | Prot: 77.07g | Carb: 201.18g.   Breakfast:  Fruit Smoothie Drink, Turkey Breast Meat , Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Original Tortillas, Bananas , Dried Prune. Lunch:  Lettuce, Avocados, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Black Beans, Tortilla, Corn. Dinner:  Broccoli Florets, Bell Peppers, White Rice, Salmon, Lettuce, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Avocados , Black Beans, Corn, Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Dried Prune, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Pecan Nuts , Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry.
