Protein Bars. Dinner:  Almonds, Root Beer (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Fish Oil, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers, Lemonade Drink Mix, Medium Cheddar Cheese, Coconut Almond.
