Fat: 71.54g | Prot: 150.56g | Carb: 235.12g.   Breakfast:  Special K Fruit Crisps - Blueberry. Lunch:  cottage cheese, vigo . Dinner:  100% Whole Grain Penne, italian chicken sausage, mozz, perdue simply, spaghetti sauce. Snacks/Other:  almond silk, yoplait greek frozen.
