Fat: 99.32g | Prot: 159.37g | Carb: 193.63g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Deli Sliced Gouda Cheese, Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), 100% Pure Squeezed Orange Juice (Bottle), Original Irish Cream. Lunch:  Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Thin Mints, Root Beer (Can). Dinner:  12" Hand Tossed Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Broccoli Florets.
