Fat: 71.75g | Prot: 106.36g | Carb: 182.36g.   Breakfast:  almond butter, chicken breast butterball, Egg, egg white, monterrey jack, ryvita. Lunch:  brown rice, meatloaf. Dinner:  almonds, arugula, bell pepper, chicken breast, yellow mustard. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry nut bread, Elite 12 Hour Protein Powder - Fudge Brownie, whole wheat carob chip cookies.
