Fat: 33.68g | Prot: 34.08g | Carb: 159.71g.   Breakfast:  cantaloupe, nature's own whole wheat bread. Lunch:  corn tortilla, hamburger meat, rice, spaghetti, tamale. Dinner:  brocolli, guacamole, tomato, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  chocolate fudge bar.
