Fat: 85.87g | Prot: 70.52g | Carb: 172.96g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, whey isolate, yogurt (Astro). Lunch:  Buttermilk Pancakes, Pancake Syrup, Ultimate Omelette. Dinner:  Cheese Strings, Grapes, Milk Chocolate Candies.
