Fat: 33.42g | Prot: 66.19g | Carb: 277.91g.   Breakfast:  Activia, Swiss Bircher Muesli. Lunch:  Choc Caramel Snack Bar, Custard Pie (Individual Size or Tart), Thompson Seedless Grapes (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned). Dinner:  Curried Beef Sausages, Light Margarine, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Toasted White Bread , White Rice.
