Fat: 30.92g | Prot: 86.20g | Carb: 107.77g.   Breakfast:  Apples , Coffee with Cream, Oranges. Lunch:  Barbecue Sauce, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Lotus Root, Mushrooms, Onions, Sesame Oil, Spinach. Dinner:  Apples, Cooked Dry Green or Yellow Split Peas (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Herb Turkey Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Smoked Light or Dark Turkey Meat. Snacks/Other:  Bell Peppers.
