Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Walnuts, White Chicken Cuts. Dinner:  Asparagus, Avocados , Bell Peppers, Cucumber (Peeled) , Fruit Smoothie Drink, Pickled Beets, Salmon, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Dried Prune, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts.
