Lunch:  Fruit Smoothie Drink, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, White Chicken Cuts, Bell Peppers, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Walnuts. Dinner:  White Rice, Salmon, Bell Peppers, Cucumber (Peeled) , Avocados , Fruit Smoothie Drink, Asparagus, Pickled Beets. Snacks/Other:  Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts, Dried Prune, Bananas, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch.
