Geez, past up ice cream and cake last night. Surprised I was up a pound. I know not a big deal. Just hard to east clean and workout and not see results.

Fat: 50.81g | Prot: 89.21g | Carb: 219.56g.   Breakfast:  tangerines, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), strawberries, Instant Oatmeal, banana. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, black beans, scrambled eggs. Dinner:  street taco, meatless burger, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  lemon cake.
