Fat: 35.45g | Prot: 39.73g | Carb: 147.77g.   Breakfast:  chees, nature's own whole wheat bread. Lunch:  cream cheese rolls. Dinner:  fish sticks, french fries, ketchup, nature's own whole wheat bread, tomato. Snacks/Other:  cantaloupe, chocolate fudge bar, whole wheat pita chips.
