Fat: 61.25g | Prot: 138.17g | Carb: 266.31g.   Breakfast:  842115010419, Sugar, Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer, Cooked Egg White, Quick Grits, Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles, Egg, Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D (Pulp Free), Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese. Lunch:  Thinly Shaved Black Forest Ham, Kosher Dill Pickle Spears, Real Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread, Dijon Mustard with Chardonnay, Light Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Green Peas, Mashed Potato, Irish Bangers, IPA Beer. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Frozen Sliced Strawberries, Strawberry Protein Powder, Plain Non-Fat Yogurt, Cran-Grape Juice Drink, Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint.
