Fat: 61.25g | Prot: 138.17g | Carb: 266.31g.   Breakfast:  842115010419, Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer, Cooked Egg White, Egg, Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles, Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D (Pulp Free), Quick Grits, Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Sugar. Lunch:  Dijon Mustard with Chardonnay, Kosher Dill Pickle Spears, Light Swiss Cheese, Real Mayonnaise, Thinly Shaved Black Forest Ham, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Green Peas, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), IPA Beer, Irish Bangers, Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint, Cran-Grape Juice Drink, Frozen Sliced Strawberries, Plain Non-Fat Yogurt, Strawberry Protein Powder.
