Fat: 48.86g | Prot: 24.10g | Carb: 115.93g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, coffee, kind bar, Organic Flourless Sprouted 7-Grain Bread. Lunch:  apple, arugula, manchego cheese, pine nuts, vinaigrette. Dinner:  champagne, chocolate cake, coffee. Snacks/Other:  chocolate egg, ginger chew, trader joes dunker, tropicana trop 50, vodka.
