Fat: 50.07g | Prot: 65.45g | Carb: 100.10g.   Breakfast:  subway ham egg white and cheese. Lunch:  broccoli, onion, carrot, potato, green pepper, chicken, vegetable oil. Dinner:  tyson chicken, almonds. Snacks/Other:  Hershey's Bliss, wine.
