Fat: 82.55g | Prot: 77.64g | Carb: 167.73g.   Lunch:  100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Butter, Chicken Stock, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Onions, Tomato Sauce (Canned), White Table Wine. Dinner:  Cheese Tea Biscuit, Cream of Cauliflower Soup (Prepared with Milk), Rich Vanilla Ice Creams. Snacks/Other:  1% Low Fat Milk, Vanilla Whey Protein Shake, Yellow Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
