Fat: 82.55g | Prot: 77.64g | Carb: 167.73g.   Lunch:  Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Butter, Chicken Stock, Onions, Tomato Sauce (Canned), White Table Wine, 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner:  Cream of Cauliflower Soup (Prepared with Milk), Rich Vanilla Ice Creams, Cheese Tea Biscuit. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Whey Protein Shake, 1% Low Fat Milk, Yellow Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
