Fat: 42.40g | Prot: 58.41g | Carb: 119.50g.   Breakfast:  Compote de Pommes Non Sucrée, Pain de Blé Entier. Lunch:  Pomme de Terre Rôtie (Matières Grasses Non Ajoutées dans la Cuisson), Steak Haché 5%. Dinner:  Coquillettes, Gâteau au Fromage, Jambon Cru, Yaourt de Lait Entier aux Variétés de Fruits.
