Lunch:  Fruit Smoothie Drink, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Roasted Light Turkey Meat, Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Original Tortillas, Walnuts. Dinner:  Fit Popcorn, Maine Lobster Tail, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Salmon, Wedge Salad, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut.
