Fat: 106.40g | Prot: 104.64g | Carb: 211.64g.   Breakfast:  Beef Pastrami (Cured), Mozzarella Cheese, Plain Pancakes, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), White Bread. Lunch:  Plain Pancakes, Trail Mix, Yogurt Nibbles. Dinner:  Beer, Egg Yolk, Light Sour Cream, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Mussels, Whipping Cream, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Hard Parmesan Cheese, Ice Cream Cone (Flavors Other Than Chocolate).
