Fat: 106.40g | Prot: 104.64g | Carb: 211.64g.   Breakfast:  Plain Pancakes, White Bread, Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Beef Pastrami (Cured). Lunch:  Trail Mix, Plain Pancakes, Yogurt Nibbles. Dinner:  Beer, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Mussels, Light Sour Cream, White Table Wine, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolk. Snacks/Other:  Hard Parmesan Cheese, Ice Cream Cone (Flavors Other Than Chocolate).
