Fat: 33.97g | Prot: 279.68g | Carb: 236.82g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Low Fat Milk, Weet-Bix. Lunch:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Pineapple. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  5XL, Cucumber (with Peel), Egg White, Minced Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Weet-Bix.
