Fat: 69.29g | Prot: 79.71g | Carb: 159.95g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cremora Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer, egg white, Firm Silken Tofu , smart balance cooking spray. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, steak. Dinner:  Pesto Pizza, Texas Toast. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Pineapple, supreme nachos.
