Fat: 69.29g | Prot: 79.71g | Carb: 159.95g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, egg white, smart balance cooking spray, Firm Silken Tofu , Cremora Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, steak. Dinner:  Texas Toast, Pesto Pizza. Snacks/Other:  supreme nachos, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Pineapple.
