Fat: 64.41g | Prot: 74.71g | Carb: 110.85g.   Breakfast:  Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 100% Whole Wheat Mini Bagel, Diet Cranberry Juice, Beef and Pork Bologna. Lunch:  3 Bean Salad. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cauliflower, 3 Bean Salad, Chicken Thigh, Mushrooms, Mini Muffins. Snacks/Other:  Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Medium Cheddar Cheese.
