Fat: 42.71g | Prot: 90.86g | Carb: 158.89g.   Breakfast:  Thompson Seedless Grapes (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned) , Just Right, Skim Milk. Lunch:  Choc-Mint Crunch Snack Bar, Choc-Mint Crunch Snack Bar. Dinner:  Traditional Stir Fry Vegetables, Beef Rissoles, Light Margarine, Toasted White Bread , Evaporated Milk (Nonfat) . Snacks/Other:  Greek Yoghurt.
