Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cafe Steamers Chicken Pesto Classico, Cantaloupe, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Spinach & Black Bean Stuffed Peppers. Dinner:  Green Peas, Roasted Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Asian Pears, Fruit Punch Creatine, Strawberry Mini Spooners, Whey Protein - Vanilla.
