Fat: 51.48g | Prot: 88.95g | Carb: 187.67g.   Breakfast:  2X Protein Greek Yogurt - Plain, raisins, ThinkThin - Brownie Crunch, nuts. Lunch:  cottage cheese, ultimate crunch, Mr. nature trail mix. Dinner:  Turkey Burger Patty Trader Joe, Mixed vegetables.
