Fat: 29.33g | Prot: 59.53g | Carb: 38.50g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Breakfast Juice, Day Break Creamy Chocolate Shake. Lunch:  Hard Boiled Eggs, Light or Lite Cream Cheese, Yellow Sweet Peppers. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Blueberries, Cauliflower.
