Fat: 85.77g | Prot: 133.06g | Carb: 256.72g.   Breakfast:  Boer 'N Yoghurt. Lunch:  Hagelslag Intens Puur, Light Margarine, Multigrain Bread, Onion Soup (Canned, Condensed). Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Digestive Original, Katjang Pedis, M&M Peanut, Oranges (with Peel).
