Lunch:  Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Mozzarella Cheese, Plain Pancakes. Dinner:  Butter, Croutons, Mushrooms, Onions, Plain Pancakes, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Snacks/Other:  Berry Upbeet (Original), Cream Substitute (Liquid), Kisses with Caramel.
