Fat: 109.31g | Prot: 162.14g | Carb: 93.26g.   Breakfast:  bacon, butter, large egg, psyllium whole husks, turkey sausage hillshire farms. Lunch:  cajun turkey breast, horseradish mustard, light miracle whip, nature valley protein, psyllium whole husks, romaine lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese. Dinner:  jennie o seasoned turkey burger, ocean eclipse salmon, steamers green beans and potatos. Snacks/Other:  %100 whey protein cytosport, jack links beef stick.
