Lunch: cajun turkey breast, horseradish mustard, light miracle whip, nature valley protein, psyllium whole husks, romaine lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese. Dinner: jennie o seasoned turkey burger, ocean eclipse salmon, steamers green beans and potatos. Snacks/Other: %100 whey protein cytosport, jack links beef stick.
