Fat: 56.81g | Prot: 51.72g | Carb: 104.43g.   Breakfast:  yogurt (Astro), bran buds, whey isolate, Coffee or Table Cream (Light). Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Baby Spinach, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Cheddar Cheese, Catalina Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip, Cheezies (45g).
