Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Fruit Parfait - Strawberry, Mozzarella Cheese, Olive Oil, Penne Rigate Pasta, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce. Dinner:  Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Pita Bread, Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk). Snacks/Other:  Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Milk (Nonfat), Milk (Nonfat), Mixed Berries, Oatmeal Squares Crunchy Cereal with Hint of Brown Sugar, Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved), Peaches, Spinach, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat).
