Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Penne Rigate Pasta, Olive Oil, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Fruit Parfait - Strawberry. Dinner:  Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk), Pita Bread, Olive Oil, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved), Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Milk (Nonfat), Oatmeal Squares Crunchy Cereal with Hint of Brown Sugar, Peaches, Spinach, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat), Milk (Nonfat), Mixed Berries.
