Fat: 33.51g | Prot: 60.64g | Carb: 195.64g.   Breakfast:  Just Right, Skim Milk, Thompson Seedless Grapes (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned) . Lunch:  Choc Caramel Snack Bar, Choc-Mint Crunch Snack Bar. Dinner:  Light Margarine, Pot Sticker, Toasted White Bread, Traditional Stir Fry Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Duchess Tiramisu.
