Fat: 66.19g | Prot: 192.02g | Carb: 329.12g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Original Powder Creamer, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, blueberries, cantaloupe, Cage Free Eggs, Egg White, Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth), green tea. Lunch:  Chocolate Soymilk, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Banana Cream Pie, asian pear, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey. Dinner:  salt, Extra Light Olive Oil, Kale (cooked), baby spinach, Wild Pink Salmon fillets, Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Punch Creatine, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Whey Protein - Vanilla, Milk Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling, Multigrain spooners, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Kettle Korn.
