Fat: 47.47g | Prot: 168.91g | Carb: 124.08g.   Breakfast:  protein shake syntha 6, Bananas. Lunch:  boneless chicken breast tyson, organic baby spinach marketside, weight watchers cheese, olive garden dressing. Dinner:  4 oz filet mignon, 7 asparagus spears, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  isopure, medium apple, organic peanut butter, casein, coffee.
