Lunch:  Atkins beef merlot, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Walnuts. Dinner:  Corn On The Cob with Butter, Mashed Potato, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Fit Popcorn, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pecan Nuts.
