Fat: 87.70g | Prot: 45.78g | Carb: 43.67g.   Breakfast:  coffee from grounds, Lactantia table cream. Lunch:  avacado, Garlic Parmesan Flax Seed Crackers. Dinner:  butter, chicken, green beans, turnip. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Oil Candy, Peanut Butter Cup Low Carb, water.
