Fat: 42.83g | Prot: 76.53g | Carb: 140.08g.   Breakfast:  Beer, Mayonnaise, Plain Pancakes, Tuna in Water (Canned), White Bread. Lunch:  Air Popped Popcorn, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Mozzarella Cheese, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Kisses with Caramel.
