Fat: 42.83g | Prot: 76.53g | Carb: 140.08g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned), Mayonnaise, Plain Pancakes, Beer. Lunch:  Air Popped Popcorn, Peanut Butter, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Spaghetti, Ground Turkey, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Kisses with Caramel.
