Fat: 83.31g | Prot: 95.47g | Carb: 102.91g.   Breakfast:  egg white, eggs, feta, smart balance cooking spray. Lunch:  beef ribs, hard boiled egg, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  Chicken Leg, Chicken Soup, Coleslaw. Snacks/Other:  Brownie, Whole Wheat Bread.
