Lunch:  Banana, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Sea Salt Pita Chips. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Boneless Beef Rib Eye Steak, Fat Free Sour Cream, Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce.
