Fat: 69.94g | Prot: 67.30g | Carb: 284.60g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Beef Meatballs, Boiled Ripe Plantain, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Soft Taco with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Soft Taco with Chicken, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Rum and Cola.
