Fat: 33.08g | Prot: 52.18g | Carb: 217.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg, Raw Sugar, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), spinach, 40 Spices Hummus, Corn Tortillas. Lunch:  Sandwich Slender, Olive Oil Mayo, Stoneground Mustard, tomato, basil, Vegetable soup, pear, Wasa, Nutella. Dinner:  pasta, Zucchini, bread crumbs, Classico Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Sesame Paste (Sesame Butter Made From Whole Seeds), Milk (Nonfat), Cinnamon.
