Fat: 33.08g | Prot: 52.18g | Carb: 217.85g.   Breakfast:  40 Spices Hummus, Coffee, Corn Tortillas, Egg, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Raw Sugar, spinach. Lunch:  basil, Nutella, Olive Oil Mayo, pear, Sandwich Slender, Stoneground Mustard, tomato, Vegetable soup, Wasa. Dinner:  bread crumbs, Classico Pasta Sauce, pasta, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cinnamon, Milk (Nonfat), Sesame Paste (Sesame Butter Made From Whole Seeds).
