Lunch:  Fat Free Italian Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Masala Lentil Pilaf, Tap Water, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Steam'ables Asian Vegetables with Oriental Seasoning, Veggie Burgers. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Peeled Baby-cut Carrots.
