Lunch:  Dinty Moore Beef Stew - microwave. Dinner:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bran Cereal. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Plums, Sugar Free Caramel Topping, Vanilla Ice Creams.
