Fat: 45.26g | Prot: 48.45g | Carb: 179.29g.   Breakfast:  GOLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax (Kashi), mocha hot chocolate, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 1% Lowfat Milk (Vitamin A & D Added). Lunch:  carrots, mini cucumber, southwest vegetable soup, baked lays cheddar. Dinner:  sara lee wheat bread, hard salami, swiss cheese, special k cracker crisps cheddar, mustard. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Apples.
