Fat: 45.26g | Prot: 48.45g | Carb: 179.29g.   Breakfast:  1% Lowfat Milk (Vitamin A & D Added), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), GOLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax (Kashi), mocha hot chocolate. Lunch:  baked lays cheddar, carrots, mini cucumber, southwest vegetable soup. Dinner:  sara lee wheat bread, hard salami, mustard, special k cracker crisps cheddar, swiss cheese. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Apples.
