Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat, Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Tomato Paste (No Salt Added), Turkey Pepperoni. Dinner:  American Cheese, Avocados, Bacon, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial) . Snacks/Other:  Bananas (Large), Nonfat Vanilla Latte (Venti), Whey Protein Powder (Gold Standard), Whey Protein Powder (Gold Standard).
