Fat: 44.22g | Prot: 57.17g | Carb: 223.21g.   Breakfast:  apple juice, hummus, strawberries, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  hamburger roll, salad, tuna patty. Dinner:  cous cous, miso soup. Snacks/Other:  banana, Semisweet Chocolate Candies, spinach pie.
