Fat: 44.22g | Prot: 57.17g | Carb: 223.21g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat bread, hummus, strawberries, apple juice. Lunch:  tuna patty, hamburger roll, salad. Dinner:  cous cous, miso soup. Snacks/Other:  banana, spinach pie, Semisweet Chocolate Candies.
